 after the dissolution of generation x, two of the members linked up with simon bernal from mlr to form empire. a fantastic mix of post punk, power pop & new wave, unfortunately the label folded right after their only lp came out. fortunately for us, copies of the album made its way over the atlantic to dc & was a large inspiration for the revolution summer sound.

this canadian cheeseball had a brief moment as a disco sensation in the 70s tried to get shit going with a veritable grab bag of mid 80s sounds, some to much better effect than others. young lover is the fucking cut though.
