i started making these new age tape loops back when gregg was sick, & finished it last summer after the end of a seven year relationship. very personal release, & i can't thank alex & scott enough for wanting to put it out. indebted to bill basinski & bobby turman. intended for meditation.

i recently released this on my label, peradam tapes. the title comes from a roberto bolano novel, & will be the last album i release under this name. if yr not familiar, i make lo-fi chopped & screwed microloops heavily influenced by croiners, william basinski, dj screw, robert turman & the my dream date with boyd rice tape, of whatever is floating on my harddrive, encompassing soundtrack, funk, r&b, jazz, library, new age et al. hopefully you enjoy. also, this will be one of my last posts for a while as i focus my attention on my literary/arts zine, assholes of the avantgarde. thanks.

sorry to be that guy, but here is my latest album. i recorded this live at various locations here in seattle throughout last year & some of this one. lo-fi ambient synth rubs shoulders with field recordings. if yr interested, i'm going to start posting more of my work here.
